More than 4,000 students participated in JSA’s annual Winter Congress convention, writing bills, voting on them and deciding what would become laws. One of JSA’s most exciting conventions, Winter Congress is focused on teaching negotiation, compromise, and persuasive writing. Across the 10 JSA states, students passed a number of bills that covered a variety of issues including the Second Amendment, education, net neutrality and much more.
