Kellie is an innovative and strategic health policy professional with over ten years of diverse experience in legislative affairs, community relations, policy development, and program management . Experienced in organizational leadership, she is currently Partner of Englander Knabe & Allen (EKA), a strategic communications firm specializing in government affairs, political campaigns, reputation and crisis communications, association management and litigation support. Kellie prides herself on being a visionary and strategic thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills. In previous work, she has managed a national grantee program for the US Department of Health, as well as mid-sized city agencies in Los Angeles. During her time in these roles, she developed strategic plans, and created a stakeholder engagement strategy for local and national government programs. She is experienced in recruitment and engagement of volunteers, and successful in building relationships with philanthropy and corporations as well as securing financial support.
