Feifan L.

Feifan L. is a member of the Junior State of America’s (JSA) Council of Governors. He represents the JSA Texas region and is a senior at Bellaire High School. As the JSA Texas Governor, Feifan is responsible for managing the entirety of the Texas Cabinet with a particular focus on the Departments of Activism, Expansion, and Chapter Internal Affairs.

Feifan has been an active JSA member of his high school chapter since 2021. He joined JSA because upperclassmen in debate encouraged him to give the organization a shot. During his time at JSA, Feifan has held several roles serving as the Vice President of the Bellaire Chapter, the Deputy Director of the Texas JSA Chapter Internal Affairs Department, and the Mayor of the Gulf Coast Region. He has been recognized with multiple best speaker awards and has been an Octofinalist at the TFA State tournament.

Outside of JSA, Feifan is actively involved in debate and Boy Scouts and enjoys playing the violin. He is passionate about making a difference in parenting and education because he believes that far too many children are set up for failure from very early on in their lives. Feifan looks forward to attending college and continuing to promote civic engagement on campus.
