Angelica Chima

Angelica is currently a 2nd year MPH student at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. She was born and raised in Los Angeles and graduated from Harvard University in 2019 with a degree in History of Science and a secondary in Global Health and Health Policy. Angelica is passionate about Black community health, health disparities, and nutrition/food access.

As an active member of St. Mary’s Academy’s JSA Chapter from 2011-2015, Angelica served on the Southern California and Angeles regional cabinet. She also attended JSA summer school at Stanford University in 2014. No other activity or program in high school had as great as an impact in shaping her into the confident leader and civically engaged person that she is today.
