Bonnie Goldberg Germain

Bonnie Germain is a Certified Public Accountant with over 33 years of experience providing personalized tax compliance, accounting, and business management services to individuals and small businesses. Her clients include writers, directors, producers, composers, lawyers, tech industry executives and other high net-worth individuals and their closely held businesses.

After graduating from the University of Southern California, Bonnie began her career with Peat Marwick & Mitchell (KPMG) in the Los Angeles office and later joined the local firm of Parks, Palmer, Turner & Yemenidjian as a tax manager prior to starting her own tax and business management practice in 1991. Bonnie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, and Beta Alpha Psi, the international honor organization for accounting and financial professionals.

Bonnie was a member of JSA from 1978 to 1981, serving as Angeles Region State Council Representative in 1980-1981. She attended Summer School in 1980 at U.C. Davis and Symposium in 1979 at the University of Southern California where set met her husband, Daniel Germain (Davis ’80, DC ‘81). Bonnie and Dan have two daughters, Michelle (Stanford ‘08) and Kayla (Georgetown ‘11).
