JSA 2012 RNC Election Symposium
Housing
Students will be housed in triple rooms at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Port Richey, FL (just outside of Tampa). Male and female students will be housed on separate floors of the hotel. Symposium staff members are housed in the hotel and are responsible for the supervision of students. Each hotel room has a refrigerator which students may use to store soft drinks and snacks.
Arrival & Registration
Registration will take place on Sunday, August 26th between Noon and 4:00 p.m. You will be registering at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Port Richey, Florida. Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation. Students should plan to arrive Sunday, August 25th between Noon and 4:00 p.m. For students planning to arrive via air, the most convenient airport is Tampa International Airport (TPA). JSA will have staff at the airport to meet students during prescribed times on August 24th and August 25th.
Graduation & Departure
The Symposium will conclude on Friday, August 31st with graduation at Noon. Parents and family members are invited to attend Graduation, which will take place from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Homewood Suites in Port Richey, FL. JSA will transport students to Tampa International Airport for return flights which should not be scheduled for departure before 5:00p.m.

Male and female students will be housed on separate floors of the hotel. Symposium staff members are housed in the hotel and are responsible for the supervision of students. Each hotel room has a refrigerator which students may use to store soft drinks and snacks.

Registration will take place on Sunday, September 2nd between Noon and 4:00 p.m. You will be registering at the Homewood Suites by Hilton in Greensboro, North Carolina (about 90 minutes North of Charlotte, NC) Students are responsible for arranging their own transportation to Homewood Suites by Hilton in Greensboro, NC. Students should plan to arrive Sunday, September 2nd between Noon and 4:00 p.m.
For students planning to arrive via air, the most convenient airport is Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO) which serves Greensboro, NC. GSO is served by most major air carriers. JSA will have staff at the airport to meet students during prescribed times on September 1st and September 2nd.

Parents and family members are invited to attend Graduation, which will take place from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at the Homewood Suites in Greensboro, NC. Details regarding the ceremony location will be available during registration. JSA will transport students to
