To use MyJSA you need to create an account with an email address and password. You may have many personal email addresses, but try to chose one and stick with it for all interactions with JSA; this will ensure that all of your information is accessible in one place.
It is possible that you are already in our database but you have not yet chosen a password or activated your account. If you enter your email address during the registration process and the MyJSA says that the email address is already in use, just click on the Lost Password link to receive a temporary password. If you don’t receive an email from JSA.org after using the Lost Password link, double check your spam folder; if you still don’t see an email, please contact email@example.com for assistance.
