An expert in the area of professional liability, Scott Garner is a partner in the Irvine, Calif. office of the Washington, D.C. law firm Howrey LLP.
Admitted to the California Bar in 1991, Garner took his juris doctor at Harvard University and his bachelor’s degree at Stanford University.

Garner attended Troy High School in Fullerton, Calif., where he was a member of JSA. He was the mayor of the Southern Empire, 1983-1984, and attended JSA Summer School at UC-Davis in 1982 and JSA Summer School at Georgetown in 1983. He is the son of a former JSF trustee and the brother of a former JSA governor.
