Cassie Arnold

The founder and principal of KMA & Co., a strategic marketing communications firm that serves the life-sciences industry, Cassie Arnold worked for more than 20 years in various marketing roles at large global professional-services firms. She also spent several years as a public relations account executive, where she specialized in complex financial instruments. She began her career as a speechwriter for the California state legislature.
Cassie graduated Scripps College in Claremont, Calif., with a degree in political sciences and humanities. While in college, she worked for three years at the Rose Institute of State and Local Government, where she did extensive research on reapportionment. She was active in College Republicans and worked on the Reagan campaign in 1980. She attended the Republican National Convention that summer as a youth delegate. Her senior year, she served as news editor of the five-college Claremont student newspaper.

Cassie’s experience with Junior Statesmen began when she founded a chapter at Carondelet High School in Concord, Calif., the beginning of her junior year. She attended Summer School the following summer at UC Davis in 1977 with fellow Trustee Alex Evans. Her senior year, she served in the cabinet as editor of the Junior Statement. She has been a trustee of the Junior Statesmen Foundation since 2000.
